The Placement Cell runs a campus recruitment training (CRT) programme for every B.Sc, B.Com and BBA student from the first year, to build the skills recruiters actually test for.
What CRT covers
- Arithmetic and quantitative aptitude
- Logical reasoning
- Communication skills — JAM sessions, group discussions, mock interviews
- Technical skills and coding, with online tests
Final and pre-final year students undergo a mandatory year-long CRT programme as part of their curriculum. The Department of Communication Skills works with every branch to develop students as creators, performers and problem solvers.
Beyond CRT
The college is tied up with Reference Globe, an ed-tech platform, for online examination practice for top MNC recruitment and competitive entrance exams, with subject-matter experts and mentors.
