Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)

The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of institutions. The IQAC will make a significant and meaningful contribution in the post-accreditation phase of institutions. During the post-accreditation period, the IQAC will channelize the efforts and measures of an institution towards academic excellence.

The guidelines provided in the following pages will facilitate the institution in the creation and operation of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC). The work of the IQAC is the first step towards the internalization and institutionalization of quality enhancement. Its success depends upon the sense of belongingness and participation it can inculcate in all the constituents of the institution. It will not be yet another hierarchical structure or recordkeeping exercise in the institution; it will be a facilitative and participative voluntary system/unit/organ of the institution.

Establishment of IQAC in the College:

In compliance to the resolution taken in the staff council meeting dated 05-03-2022, IQAC has been established in the college on 08-06-2022 merely following the UGC guidelines in composition of IQAC. MRS. M. Anuradha Principal and Mr. B. S. Pavan HOD Physics is nominated as IQAC coordinator for the academic years 2022-23 and 2023-2024.

To ensure a quality culture as the prime concern of the institution through the institutionalization and internationalization of all initiatives taken with internal and external support.

MISSION

1. To develop a conscious, consistent, and catalytic system to improve academic and administrative performance.
2. To foster global competencies to enhance the value system among students.
3. To channelize and systematize the best practices and measures of the institution towards excellence.
