The Department of communication Skills focuses on every graduate of all branches of B.Sc, B.Com and BBM and inculcates various dexterities among them. An enabling environment is made for the students in order to develop them as creators, performers and problem solvers. A compulsory CRT Programme of Communication skills, Aptitude, Reasoning and online tests helps them in developing their overall personality to meet the challenges at global level and come out with optimum solutions. Final as well as pre-final year students of Nalanda Degree College also undergo a mandatory year long training in CRT Programme as a part of their curriculum. It is a strong belief that, given an opportunity our students will prove an asset to the recruiting company.
